Virgin diet

Starting the virgin diet today … Starting weight 117.6 lbs .. It claims you lose 7 pounds in 7 days. I doubt it , but if I could get down to 110 , that would be unfucking real

Holding steady at 118 , I guess I can’t really start to seriously drop until after nationals , I need all my energy for my team
